We offer Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and call & collect service. Last orders for food is at 9.15pm. We also do pizzas until 10.00pm, 7 days per week.

Not in the hotel, however we can provide a map for running a circuit down by the canal which is ideal for running and just a 2 mins walk from the hotel.

We have single, twin and triple rooms and accessible rooms at Aspect Hotel Park West.

We have high speed  Wi-Fi throughout the hotel lobby & all bedrooms. As soon as you enter the hotel you will be able to long in automatically, it does not require a password.

The lobby, restaurant & meeting rooms areas are all air-conditioned.

Yes, you can buy voucher from the PREM Group website.

Aspect Park West is a non-smoking hotel.

Yes, you can rent a car. We use several companies here in the hotel you. Please ask reception for more details.

The car park is located at the back of the hotel.

Yes, we provide shampoo and shower gel. 

Multi-channel TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, in-room phone, ironing facilities, a secure safe are available in the rooms.

The rooms have showers only - no baths.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking, we accept all major credit card and debit cards. Valid ID (passport or drivers licence only) is required.

Yes the booking procedure at Aspect Hotel Park West is secure.   

Please call the hotel directly on  01 6429100 and speak to a reservation agent. 

If you booked directly with us please call the hotel and they will send your conformation. 

Please call or email the hotel and send a request for your invoice. Providing you booked in your name and not on behalf of anyone else we can issue you one. This is due to GDPR regulations.

You can make a booking on behalf of someone else, however the payment must be done on arrival as we cannot do this transaction over the phone.

You must be strictly over 18 in order to book and stay in the hotel. You must provide ID (Valid Passport or Driving License) on check in and a valid credit card must also be provided on arrival.

Yes, a deposit per each night stay will be required. You will get this back on your departure, once rooms are inspected. 

Please call the hotel and provide your name. The reservation agent can give this to you over the phone.

Once you have an email from the third party booking site and you have provided a credit card with sufficient funds, your booking is guaranteed.

Cancellations & Amendments

If the booking was made directly through our website then we can amend the booking via the phone or email. If your booking was made via third party website you must contact them directly.

24hour prior to arrival.

You can call or email the hotel directly if the booking was made via our website. If the booking was made via a 3rd party website you must call them directly to cancel the booking and then they will get in touch with the hotel to cancel the booking on your behalf.

Our cancellation policy is 24hours prior to arrival. If you do not cancel within this time frame the first night of your accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided to confirm the booking.

We do not offer refunds unless you have a valid reason for the cancellation or reason for cancelling. We could also offer an alternate future date to accommodate you.


Children are welcome to the hotel and we offer free bedding for children under 12 when sharing with parents.

We have a limited number of family rooms available in the hotel.

We have a number of adapted rooms and all public areas are wheelchair accessible.

Yes, we do have an option of an interconnecting room of you have more than 2 kids. This would have to be requested prior to booking the rooms.

We do not have any facilities in the hotel for children, however the hotel reception can provide a list of local activities for the kids. Check out our blog for some ideas.

We do not allow visitors from outside the hotel to use the bar, it is for hotel residents only.

We do encourage pre bookings, however you may also request a table in the restaurant with the manager on duty.

Midweek breakfast is from 7.00am – 9.30am and at the weekend it’s from 8.00am – 11.00am.

No, room service is not available in the hotel.

Yes, we have 5 meeting rooms in the hotel. We can facilitate equipment hire, LCD projectors, flip-charts etc. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

We can facilitate up to 50 guests depending on the room set up.

All equipment is included in the rate i.e. Flip-chart, LCD projector & screen.

We provide catering options such as tea&coffee, pastries& scones, lunches & anything else that you may require. Catering must be pre-booked in advance.

The hotel is located in Parkwest Business District, so can be quiet at the weekends but is very safe. We are located only minutes from all major roadways including the N7 & M50.

No, there is no requirement to pre book a space unless you have need to park a bus or truck.

No, there are not. 

We have many restaurants in the area including the famous Anglers Rest in Lucan. Please ask at reception for more information.

Airport Accessibility

Dublin Airport is 26km away from Aspect Hotel Park West. 

No, we do not. Please ask at reception for the best way to get to the airport. 

Take the M50 Southbound and drive for 15min to junction 9 at the Redcow junction, we are located in Parkwest Business Park. 

You can take the G1 bus into the City Centre or you can take the train to Grand Canal Dock or Heuston station and the LUAS to the City Centre. You can also walk 10minutes from the hotel to the Kylemore LUAS stop.
