We are delighted to share that we have been recognised with two prestigious awards at the Fáilte Ireland Employer Excellence Awards 2026.
On the night, our General Manager, Andrea Wallace, accepted the awards on behalf of the hotel team for:
Best Employer – Management and Leadership
Best Employer – Dublin
These awards reflect the culture we have worked hard to build and the incredible people who bring it to life every day. From supporting one another behind the scenes to delivering exceptional guest experiences, our team continues to demonstrate the values that make our workplace such a positive and rewarding environment.
While we are especially proud of this achievement, it was also a successful evening for our colleagues across PREM Hospitality. The team at Hoban Hotel Kilkenny was recognised with the award for Best Employer – Culture and Work Environment, while PREM Group received the Best Employer – Fairness award, recognising our organisation’s commitment to creating workplaces where colleagues are treated with respect, supported in their development and given the opportunity to thrive.
Speaking after the event, General Manager Andrea Wallace paid tribute to the team behind the awards success.
