Personal Emergency Evacuation plan

At Aspect Hotel Park West, the safety and wellbeing of all our guests is our top priority. To ensure that every guest can be safely evacuated in the unlikely event of an emergency, we provide a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) service. A PEEP is an individual plan designed for any guest who may require extra assistance to leave the building quickly and safely during an evacuation. This could include guests with reduced mobility, hearing or visual impairments, or any other condition that may make self-evacuation difficult.

Do I need a PEEP?

If you feel you may need assistance in the event of an emergency evacuation, please let us know when you check in. Our reception team will take a few minutes to discuss your needs and put a personalised plan in place with you. This ensures that:

  • You have the right support in the event of an evacuation
  • Our staff are aware of your requirements and can respond quickly
  • You can feel comfortable and confident throughout your stay

Guests who may require a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan must declare this at check-in. One of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you in completing the plan.
