    We want to give you a quick guide to the most frequently asked questions here in the Hotel.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation Policy is 2.00pm the day before arrival, should the hotel not be informed of the cancellation the 1st nights’ accommodation will be charged for a non-show. 

    Can I reserve a room or request a rate quote via email?

    You can call or email the hotel directly to get a preferred rate. If you have potentially more than 4 x room nights in a month you will be entitled to set up a commercial rate which is discounted rate for company bookings. There is also FREE incentives included. You can do this by emailing the sales manager on [email protected]

    Must I use a valid credit card to make a reservation?

    A valid credit card is a must if making a booking at the hotel. The hotel may take pre-authorisation 24 hours before arrival for the full amount. Please note that a deposit will be required when paying with debit card or cash.

    Do your hotels offer courtesy airport transportation? 

    We do not operate a courtesy bus to the Airport.

    There are a few options to get from the Airport please see below;

    • A taxi which will cost around €40.00 euro approx.
    • Aer Coach from the Airport to the city centre, then from there you can either take the Bus 79a from Austin Quay or the Iarnród Éireann Train from Hueston Station.
    • You can also collect the Airport Hopper from the Airport to the Mill Centre in Clondalkin and take a taxi (12 euro) to the hotel

    Can I use another party’s authorised credit card to pay for my room? 

    Unfortunately for security reasons, we cannot take a 3rd party credit card for payments on any bookings at the hotel.

    How do I get to the city centre?

    We are in a great location just off the M50, Bus & Train are only 2 minutes from the hotel by foot. The train will take you into the Hueston Station in 8 minutes. We are 10 minutes’ walk from the LUAS line which will bring you straight into Dublin City Centre. Park your car with our compliments in our car park and set out to explore all that the city has to offer. City Maps are available from the Hotel reception on arrival.

    Can we request a late check out for tomorrow?

    Please pass by our front desk for any information regarding late check-out. We are always trying to be as flexible as possible, but keep in mind we also need to keep up with the hotel policies and availability. Sometimes late check-out might be possible, and other days not. Late check-out is available for free and payable and always on request.

    What time is check out?

    Check out time is 12 noon. You may request a late check out at an extra cost. You can lease with reception if you require this option.

    What time is breakfast at?

    Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7am to 9.30am and Saturday & Sunday is 8.00am – 11.00am

    Food and Beverage

    Why is my breakfast not included in the room price?

    Please, always double check before you book your room if the breakfast is included or not. Breakfast is an addition €10.00 per person and you can include on arrival or in the breakfast room. Our Duty Manager and Front Desk team are happy to assist in checking if your room is booked with or without breakfast. 

    Do you provide Gluten free options for Dinner?

    Yes, we have options for gluten free meals, just inform the Duty Manager on arrival to the Restaurant and he will let you know the best options suitable for you.

    Do you serve lunch at the hotel?

    We are open for carvery lunch Monday through Friday from 12.30pm – 2.00pm in Rueben’s Restaurant. We offer a choice of hot & cold dishes along with a full salad bar, wraps & sandwiches all for a very reasonable price of €9.95 per person.  Our Neapolitan style pizzas are very popular with our guests and packed with 100% natural ingredients. Baked fresh to order in our stone baked oven. A 9” at only €9.95 & a 12” €12.95, so if you’re in the area pop into the Hotel and see for yourself what the perfect pizza tastes like.


    Do you provide adapters at the hotel?

    Yes, we actually have 3 floors of dispensers that provide adapters and other items for your convenience.

    Can we have extra pillows in our room?

    Of course! We can provide extra towels, shampoo, shower gel, blankets, tea or coffee. 

    Do you provide tooth brushes at the hotel?

    Dental kits can be provided at reception. We are open 24 hours should you need assistance.
