The commute time is usually around 35 minutes to and from the city, depending on traffic. Travel on Dublin Bus requires exact fare in coins only, and they don’t offer change onboard.

The G1 Dublin Bus route also runs from the city centre to just outside the Aspect Hotel Park West. This route is 24hrs and brings you to Wellington Quay. By Tram

Dublin’s light rail system is called Luas – which means ‘speed’ in our native tongue – and lives up to its name. The Luas will whisk you into the city centre in 20 minutes from the Kylemore stop.

You will need to buy a ticket before boarding the Luas at one of the dedicated ticket machines at every single stop. You’ll choose where you intend to disembark along the red line – in this case, Kylemore Station, ‘Red Line 2’ zone. If you want to use the Luas shuttle, you’ll need to purchase separate shuttle bus tickets from the Kylemore station to the hotel.
